Kenya a Silicon Savanna- Really?

In the Time Magazine issue of June 2011, there was an article on Kenya soon transforming to be a Silicon Savanna. Silicon Savanna is an adaptation of Silicon Valley, the famous desert in California, USA, where world beating companies such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter were founded and are headquartered.
