How do you get a job with no work experience?

In every job advertisement these days, one is likely to be asked for work experience.

This naturally puts fresh college and University graduates at a disadvantage. If one is not careful, this can be a recurring cycle and securing that first job can seem a daunting task. If you thought that this is a problem that affects Kenya alone, then you are mistaken. Even in the US, the financial recession has made getting a decent job to be extremely difficult. For instance, many employers are explicitly stating that unemployed or laid off workers should not apply for the job vacancies.
