1. Deep knowledge in your field.

Having deep knowledge in your field will make you every indispensable. If you are talented, you can easily hop from one job to the other, as your skills will be high in demand.

At the heart of every company is the need to make money and profits. The company wouldn’t exist if it didn’t churn out profits. That’s why many professionals are enrolling for extra classes in Finance or MBA, so as to get that extra edge in the corporate rat race. Even if you are working in a non profit field or for an NGO, you will still need the financial literacy skills.

3. Creativity and innovation.

Innovation I the buzzword these days, and the ability to solve problems within your company or organization will make you be relied upon and indispensable.
